Shaun Tan`s Lost Thing has been turned into a 15 minute animated short film produced by Passion Pictures Australia.

The film is the directorial debut of both Andrew Ruhemann and Shaun Tan and features narration by Australian comedian/musician Tim Minchin.

The film was completed in April 2010 to be screened at various film festivals prior to a DVD release by Madman in late 2010.
